Environmental Division Lead
Kristin is a wetland and fisheries biologist with over 23 years of experience in the natural resource field. She is an experienced Professional Wetland Scientist who provides wetland delineation, mitigation, and monitoring services. She has delineated hundreds of wetlands and worked on a range of complex transportation, utility, and development projects. Kristin has a comprehensive knowledge of environmental compliance permitting and has prepared a wide variety of permits including permit preparation for Clean Water Act Section 404/401/10 permits, WDFW HPAs, NEPA/SEPA and NPDES permits, state water quality permits, and local critical areas, shoreline, flood plain, and fill and grade permits. She has extensive experience conducting the Endangered Species Act (ESA) consultation and authoring Biological Assessments. Kristin has experience managing complex environmental projects. She has served on many interdisciplinary project teams, and she is a dedicated collaborator, working with clients, stakeholders, and agency personnel to accomplish project design goals under challenging deadlines.
