Red Barn has been the civil designer that has been working on this paramount project that invites pedestrian into the shared spaces around the perimeter.  The stairs are a feature that engages the community.  Red Barn has provided all infrastructure coordination - water, sewer, stormwater, dewatering support, and electrical service to the building.  Seth Rackley was the lead designer for the project.
