Affordable Housing at Othello Square

Red Barn Engineering environmental staff completed a formal Biological Assessment to meet HUD requirements for Endangered Species Act consultation with National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) for mixed-use, affordable housing development at Othello Square in the city of Seattle. Red Barn staff conducted an additional stormwater quality analysis of roofing materials and the effectiveness of proposed Low Impact Development (LID) methods on stormwater contaminants. Additionally, Red Barn staff completed SEPA documentation to meet the City of Seattle requirements.
